Day 117 - Shower Hour
Shower Hour

I swear, I don’t even recognize this dog when he gets a bath. Which is pretty often, since he is white, and the first thing he likes to do when going outside is roll around in the dirt. Daxter is a pretty smart dog too, which is why I’m surprised he hasn’t figured out that rolling around in the dirt means you get a shower right away when you come back in.

Day 116 - Not Refreshing.
Not Refreshing

I bought a 12 pack of this Safeway Brand Diet Lemon-Lime soda because it was $1.60 cheaper than name-brand alternatives. So not worth it.

Want You Gone Cover

This was actually a pretty quick video to put together! I finished Portal2 a couple nights ago, and thought the ending song was really well written… I love how Coulton changes keys from verse to chorus. I thought I’d take advantage of the catchy tune and lack-of-youtube-covers to try to cover it. I decided to do it on piano, and since I had my camera, Tay’s camera, and Troy’s camera, I was able to film three angles all at once.

Here is the original version, but I do have to warn you, the lyrics are slight spoilers, so if you are hyper-sensitive, i guess you shouldn’t listen.

But you should.

Day 115 - Red Monk
Red Monk

Going over to my parents’ place for dinner is always a good opportunity to take pictures of some sort of Asian something-or-other. This was the design on a room divider that they use as decoration in their dining room. The room has deep red paint on the walls, so that’s what you see behind the design. It looks to me to be some sort of happy Chinese wise-man or monk. There were a few other designs, each one on a separate panel, and each one unique. I want to say it was hand carved, but who knows… it was made in China.
